Bristol City Council – and their Local Plan Review.

The new local plan will set out how Bristol will develop over the next 20 years. It will set out the delivery of the new homes in Bristol and how the environment will be safeguarded.

If agreed, all developers will need to comply with this as local policy in the future.

It will update all existing policy for deciding planning applications.

It will guide development across the city over the next twenty years
